Develop integrated marketing communications strategies that translate brand priorities into cohesive campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
Serve as the central connector across marketing teams including Brand Marketing, Digital Advertising, PR, Partnerships, Social and Influencer, E-commerce, and Creative
Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent across channels while optimized for platform-specific execution
Help establish and manage integrated marketing planning processes including campaign kickoffs, marketing calendars, and cross-functional timelines
Coordinate across agency partners including media, PR, influencer, and creative agencies to ensure aligned planning, messaging, and campaign execution
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand communications, or marketing strategy roles
Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines including brand marketing, paid media, PR, social, influencer, partnerships, and creative
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand strategy into actionable communications plans
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating complex campaigns across multiple teams
Experience working with and managing external agency partners
Familiarity with paid media planning and performance metrics
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Bachelor's degree required
