Participate in the deployment plan and execution of the company's Strategic Planning
Lead multidisciplinary workstreams, connecting different areas
Provide regular reporting and feedback to management
Monitor the execution of the company's strategic plan
Define objectives and successfully execute and implement strategic initiatives
Provide data-driven analyses and recommendations to support strategic decisions
Propose detailed action plans to implement the defined strategies
Identify areas for improvement in the company's processes and operations
Participate in ad-hoc projects that are strategic for the company
Anticipate and assess different future scenarios
Monitor strategy implementation and adjust plans as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields)
Postgraduate degree or specialized coursework
Experience in related activities
Financial modeling
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable knowledge of Finance, Regulation, the Energy Market, the concept of required revenue, regulatory remuneration base, WACC, regulatory CAPEX, and tariff reviews
