Role Overview
- Translate website content from English to Arabic with a high degree of accuracy and fluency
- Adapt content to ensure cultural relevance for Arabic-speaking audiences
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all translated materials
- Review and refine translations to meet a professional, publication-ready standard
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with client expectations
- Ensure all work meets a high written standard (equivalent to A-level writing quality or above)
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in translation and/or content writing (Arabic & English)
- Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and detail
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured written content
- Experience translating website or digital content is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Based in South Africa (preferred)
