Develop IT governance policies, procedures and workflows aligned with the company’s objectives and values by defining parameters, guardrails and guidance to reduce risk and improve operational effectiveness.
Monitor IT processes by analyzing metrics and/or KPIs to assess whether expected outcomes have been achieved and to make decisions based on the diagnostic findings.
Conduct impact analyses of changes to the technology environment by overseeing GMUD (change management) processes to focus efforts on delivering business value and mitigating risks and downtime.
Perform annual budget planning aligned with company strategy by defining the set of actions, tools and controls to understand, organize and manage technology resources, ensuring proper use of the company’s financial resources during the fiscal year.
Prepare reports and/or presentations with IT governance indicators by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making by senior management and/or the Board.
Document the implementation of IT governance projects by presenting information in an objective, categorical and visual manner to create shared, transparent understanding for the business.
Identify improvement opportunities through mappings carried out during process execution and the application of procedures and workflows, proposing actions to enable continuous improvement in operational performance.
Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role, as required by the area, through training, professional qualification and guidance from the immediate manager to ensure continuous professional development as learning opportunities and according to area needs.
Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or related fields
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advanced English
Preferably knowledge of and/or certification in COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001
Professional experience in governance, including management of indicators and development and presentation of reports
