About this role

Responsible for system architecture, solution design, integration strategy, proof of concepts, configuration governance, and technical oversight throughout the implementation
Define the overall C2M architecture, covering Customer Care, Meter Data Management, Billing, and CIS integration
Design seamless data flows between customer, meter, and billing processes
Establish technical standards, scalability strategies, and system performance benchmarks
Understand customer business processes/functional specifications and independently drive technical solutioning to delivery
Have hands-on experience in the design and development of OUAF components, configuration tools, and interfaces

15 Years of experience in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS solutions
Strong background in implementing Oracle CC&B and C2M/CCS solutions across Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution for Electric, Gas, and Water services
Hands-on experience in implementation of CC&B or other OUAF framework-based products
At least 2 full-cycle implementation project experience is a must
Strong expertise in both CC&B and MDM functionalities
Hands-on experience with web services, APIs, SOA, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Deep knowledge of meter-to-cash and customer-to-meter processes
