Junior Operations Analyst

Role Overview

• Develop and maintain RPAs focused on scalability, productivity gains and reduction of operational risk;
• Build low-code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms and Copilot) to digitize workflows;
• Write Python code oriented to automation, ETL, data enrichment and integrations;
• Model, query and optimize databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata/DW);
• Integrate services and APIs, ensuring resilience, versioning and logging for observability;
• Document solutions (architecture/code) to facilitate maintenance and handover;
• Work with Project and Infrastructure & Systems teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in RPA development;
• Databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata/DW) — practical hands-on proficiency (required);
• Python — practical hands-on proficiency (required);
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, flowcharts and functional documentation;
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate (Automate/Flow), Forms and Copilot;
• Advanced programming logic.
