Role Overview
Responsible for the supervision and leadership of Retail Pharmacy Account Manager (RAM)
Manage retail pharmacy business performance and deployment of sales and marketing strategies
Coach the account team to build productive relationships with retail pharmacy field leaders
Collaborate with HQ and across Pfizer
Develop a business plan reflective of market dynamics, brand priorities, and alignment across the specific retailer footprint
Monitor performance and adapt strategic plans to achieve the business potential
Engage with cross-functional teams to execute on opportunities for brand Operationalization
Requirements
7+ years of leadership experience, in the pharmaceutical industry within sales, marketing, health management, strategy, or at retail pharmacy or relevant experience
BA/BS Degree
MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
Experience with Organized Customers or Retailers, including experience working with executive management
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
