About this role
Role Overview
Manage IT support services via Tech Bars & the Global Service Desk in Latin America region
Deliver a high-quality support strategy
Plan & manage work responsibilities for Workforce Support & Service Desk
Assist in creating policies and procedures within GWS
Help set strategies for managing teams in the region
Manage local vendors for IT service delivery
Support budget planning and track expenses
Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for employees
Lead in the development of hardware standards
Act as the escalation leader for LT escalations
Participate in the T&O intake approval process
Work closely with internal app teams like ServiceNow, Zoom, O365
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand needs and align processes
Develop comprehensive performance analysis of business processes
Requirements
10+ years of prior experience in a related field
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, including power Bi & Service now tools.
Experience developing financial models in Excel AND facilitating business discussions.
Expert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents, presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheets.
Educational qualification
master’s degree in computers preferred.
Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries
Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
