Lead the pre-sales cycle from the commercial approach through to the solution presentation/defense.
Design and propose innovative technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
Structure and assess optimal project and process conditions, ensuring technical and economic viability.
Act as a reference point and leader across other areas of the company.
Ensure compliance with Brazilian Laws No. 14.133/2021 and No. 13.303/2016 in government projects and in RFI/RFQ/RFP processes for private clients.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Brazilian Law No. 14.133/2021 and Law No. 13.303/2016.
Experience developing technical projects and commercial proposals.
Proficiency in telecommunications communication infrastructure (MPLS, Dedicated IP, FWA, Satellite) and IT (Cybersecurity, SD-WAN, SSE/SASE, and Cloud).
Ability to build Bills of Materials (BoM), executive presentations, and detailed technical designs.
Excellent communication skills, with clarity and conciseness in presentations.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM disciplines.
Experience in pricing and financial metrics (IRR, EBITDA, EBIT, and NPV).
Intermediate Excel.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (desirable).
Experience interpreting and analyzing data in Power BI.
