About this role
Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end approval and contact quality validation of records
- Troubleshoot record and sync anomalies in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Process and maintain marketing suppression requests
- Share regular CRM insights and performance reports
- Build high-performing marketing lists and customer segments
- Support CRM governance and enforce data standards
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving skills for data issues
- High attention to detail for data hygiene tasks
- Good understanding of customer data privacy and marketing compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, Dotdigital (desirable)
