Role Overview
- Design, configure, administer, maintain, develop and upgrade products, libraries, software, business solutions, computer networks, management systems and medium
- to large-scale database servers based on the organization's needs
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues related to the development, administration and stability of IT systems, libraries deliveries and infrastructure operations
- Provide opinions in accordance with your discipline's rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs
- Propose implementation plans
- Coordinate the planning, design and execution of projects and initiatives
- Interact with stakeholders working in other fields
- Serve as a resource person for your unit, clients and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum four years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in roles that require managing complex or urgent situations
- Professional experience in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of French is required
