Guide new customers through the onboarding process, transitioning from sales to service delivery
Ensure customers are following timelines agreed to in sales cycle
Driving technical onboarding as well as enablement on how to work with Expel
Diligently documenting all customer statuses
Ensure customers are hitting key deployment milestones in onboarding experience
Become an expert in Workbench, our service offerings, and best practices for configuration
Continuously drive towards reducing time to value for customers, helping to move them from the ‘understanding’ phase to the ‘trust’ phase
Partner with the CSM team to ensure a smooth handoff from Sales
Be able to identify risk areas coming out of deployment
Requirements
Experience implementing SaaS solutions, locally deployed software, or IT/Security Services in an enterprise ecosystem in a customer facing role
2+ years of related professional experience
Knowledge of infosec and challenges inherent to specific customer industry verticals
Familiarity with the purpose and functionality of detection and response tools both on-prem and cloud (e.g., familiarity with EDR, NDR, SIEMs, CASB etc.)
Exceptionally organized to manage multiple simultaneous onboardings
