Role Overview
- Coordinate administrative aspects of marketing-related conferences, events, and sponsorships
- Track sponsorship benefits and support internal teams in fully utilizing available opportunities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and logistics across assigned marketing activities to ensure deadlines are met
- Support organization, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems and data (e.g., CRM, file management tools)
- Assist with digital asset management (DAM), including file organization, tagging, and ongoing maintenance
- Support employee resume setups and updates using established templates and tools
- Assist with formatting, quality control, and brand consistency across marketing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams to support development of marketing content using established templates and processes
- Assist with award submittals and project-related content coordination
- Utilize AI powered tools to support content development and improve efficiency
- Provide general coordination and support across marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience supporting projects, events, or administrative workflows in a professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow established processes
- Comfort working across multiple systems and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, Teams, file management tools)
- Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies
- Ability to build strong relationships across remote teams
