6+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong full-stack depth.
Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
Experience in Backend API development (Node.js or similar) and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Strong understanding of system design and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven systems).
Expertise in AI-First Development: Hands-on experience using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) and a strong perspective on validating AI-generated code.
Engineering Practices: Proven experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools.
Leadership Skills: Ability to influence without formal authority and experience working within distributed teams.
