Role Overview

• own the operational data strategy of the 4R Framework
• build and maintain the connective tissue between the Innovation Strategy and headcount spreadsheets
• launch and own Real-Time Capacity Telemetry dashboard with workforce intelligence team
• reduce the quarterly planning refresh cycle time by 50%
• own the operating cadence for capacity reviews and ensure stakeholder alignment
