Lead the onboarding of new label partners by explaining platform features, collecting required assets (images, descriptions), creating credentials, configuring accounts in the admin interface, coordinating publishing schedules, and supporting financial setup.
Manage the end-to-end ingestion process by uploading and formatting sample packs, coordinating preparation with developers, overseeing multi-stage quality assurance (initial selection, AI analysis, preview releases), and resolving metadata issues prior to release.
Curate and prepare sample collections and other featured content across multiple genres by selecting samples, creating demos, uploading assets to the admin interface, and applying precise tagging to optimize discovery and visual presentation.
Conduct weekly audits of the admin system to ensure all content, metadata, and assets are accurate, complete, and ready for publication.
Provide ongoing support for LANDR courses, the LANDR Fair Trade AI program, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
Experience with music metadata and, ideally, digital asset management (tagging systems).
Proficiency with audio formats, sample packs, and production workflows.
Deep knowledge of musical genres and sample marketplaces.
Advanced proficiency in a major DAW and the ability to produce music quickly across various genres.
Basic understanding of music licensing, copyright, and distribution processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and releases.
Experience with CMS/admin tools and content publishing pipelines is a plus.
Experience in QA/QC processes, including data validation and content review, is a plus.
English proficiency is required, as the role involves working with an international team across Canada, the UK, and Europe.
