Manage day-to-day administration of HR services and processes ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, accurate and timely support.
Support a wide array of HR needs including employee inquiries and HR functional processes.
Provide broad-based support for established systems and processes, ensuring ongoing quality control, adherence to corporate and departmental guidelines as well as adaption to meet changing employee and business needs.
Partner with HR, COEs, and regional leaders to ensure end-to-end processes are documented and that knowledge is transferred appropriately to the HR Service Delivery team.
Address confidential, complex and time sensitive data, process or service-related issues with a customer centric approach.
Collaborate with other HR Global Process Owners to support HR Programs and lead improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related fields. (desirable)
Demonstrable HR experience to include expertise in HR Shared Services or multi-function HR expertise (e.g., WFA, compensation, recruiting, payroll, benefits, learning, etc.)
Experience working with enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management portal and case management systems (Salesforce/Service Now) and Human Capital Management (Workday) technology solutions.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, project management, and process documentation.
