Associate, Billing Analyst

Role Overview

• Responsible for preparation of billing invoices for government contracts
• Accounts receivable collections and analysis
• Financial reconciliations
• Collaborate with Project Finance team and Contract Managers
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and deliverable deadlines
• Resolve internal and external customer inquiries concerning billing status

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or completed within the last 12 months
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience with Commercial/Government Contracts
• Experience with PeopleSoft (ERP System)
• Familiarity with payment systems like WAWF, ExoStar, IPP, MPO, ViaSat, or PLSC
