Financial Analyst, Accounts Receivable

Role Overview

• Issuing service invoices.
• Sending invoices and payment slips (boletos) to clients.
• Reports and KPIs – Weekly distribution.
• Preparation and presentation for Italy and local management: Aging list, Accounts Receivable turnover, Delinquency rate.
• Control of canceled invoices.
• Monthly validation of canceled invoices within the system.
• Confirmation and reconciliation of information.
• Finance x Commercial interface (Key User).
• Acting as the focal point between Finance and Commercial to align processes, billing rules and operational flows.
• Issuance of payment slips (boletos).
• Collections – Preventive and corrective.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Billing and Collections routines.
• Bachelor's degree or technologist degree in Business Administration or Financial Management.
