Builds curriculum across ILT/vILT, eLearning, and self‑serve; sets objectives, creates assessments/certifications; applies frameworks (e.g., Bloom’s, ROPES) effectively.
Data/tool fluency: LMS/CMS (e.g., Exceed, Rise 360, Highspot), Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, SFDC; identifies limitations and suggests scalable improvements.
Creative, learner‑first mindset; designs for a remote‑first, distributed field.
Collaborates independently with senior leaders; acts as a solutions‑oriented partner and fosters feedback loops.
Prioritizes and manages multiple workstreams; coordinates resources; flags risks with solutions; delivers on time.
