Role Overview
- Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment
- Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow-up
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military education
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing electrical equipment
- OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum 6 years of experience servicing electrical equipment
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing Imaging equipment
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
