Responsible for the delivery of technical consultancy and design support related to multi-disciplinary and exterior lighting projects as required
Liaising with customers in a responsive and client focused manner
Engaging with customers and other stakeholders to develop innovative low carbon solutions
Supporting the team with the development of technical solutions, reports and management of projects
Supporting the delivering projects to time and budget
Ensuring all work is delivered to a high level of quality and professionalism
Mentoring and supporting the development of more junior staff
Promoting the benefits of sustainable lighting solutions

Experience of delivering a wide variety of exterior lighting and electrical solutions
Ability to apply lighting standards and experience in such a way to deliver client requirements
Proficient in discipline related design software particularly AutoCAD and BIM related plugin’s, Lighting Reality and electrical cable sizing software
Experience of National Highways (NH) and/or local authority requirements
Ability to support the discipline lead on multi-disciplinary projects
Ability to understand key client drivers and propose innovative low carbon solutions
Experience in stakeholder engagement with clients and contractors
Experience of undertaking daytime and night-time lighting surveys and assessments
