Own CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), including configuration, automation, data governance, and integrations with ERP, e‑commerce, and marketing automation platforms.
Deliver reporting and insights by building dashboards, conducting data audits, and providing analysis that informs forecasting, targeting, and sales strategy.
Enhance cross‑functional alignment by partnering with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics within a B2B environment.
Consistent track record building and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and leading forecasting processes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in driving data integrity, operational cadence, and benchmark rigor across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with predictive analytics, compensation modeling, and territory planning.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
