Requirements
Must have a Construction Supervisor License (CSL) from the State.
Construction Operations Experience: Experience in project management or operations, ideally in siding, renovation, or a construction-related field.
Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.
Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management.
