5+ years of experience in project management within agency, consulting, or similar environments.
Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping to delivery.
Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, or MS Teams.
Experience applying and adapting methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or Kanban.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage trade-offs effectively.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing interactions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
