Role Overview
- Contribute to offensive cyber research initiatives
- Develop and maintain offensive security tools and red-team automation frameworks
- Support reverse engineering tasks across binaries and firmware
- Assist in designing evasion-resistant payloads and covert communication mechanisms
- Prototype automation and AI-driven approaches for red-team workflow acceleration
- Analyze adversarial tactics and support threat emulation
- Collaborate with other engineers and mission teams
- Document research findings and participate in internal red-team exercises
- Stay current with emerging offensive techniques and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Strong programming experience in C/C++ and Python
- Experience with reverse engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with red-team operations
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, or FPGA-based development
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and security vulnerabilities
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Demonstrated initiative through research projects or open-source contributions
- US citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance
