Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 8+ years of experience in a consulting firm providing consulting services
Experience consulting on large solutions-based projects, which include Sales Technology, such as CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to work independently to gather facts, organize data, analyze research and other organizational data to identify relevant issues and support findings
Strong technical knowledge and experience with how sales functions leverage CRM systems to improve operations
Technical knowledge of CRM-to-ERP in Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes
Expertise in applying design principles and practices in developing creative solutions to client's complex challenges and market opportunities
Experience with practice development and management, marketing and thought leadership resulting in new business relationships
Industry experience in marketing, sales, service operations
Experience in managing client relationships and leveraging them to expand the Firm and Experience Transformation as a practice
Ability to effectively manage overall client relationships to exceed client expectations in a sophisticated large consulting firm environment
Ability to provide effective communication to client project teams, executive sponsors and internal practice groups
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals
Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and communicate a narrative to multiple stakeholders, internal and with the client, that establish a position from which to effectively launch services that will solve problems and exploit opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate, write and present information in a clear and understandable manner
