Lead the strategic vision, discovery, planning, and roadmap definition for new AI-powered credit and fraud decision-desk experiences;
Work in partnership with Experian Software Solutions (ESS) global teams and squads in Brazil and the United Kingdom;
Lead the day-to-day activities of the regional squad in Brazil;
Drive the co-development working model with ESS and the UK;
Define the product vision, value proposition, and principles for the AI experience;
Lead continuous discovery focused on personas, jobs-to-be-done, and customer journeys;
Translate AI opportunities into concrete product experiences;
Build and prioritize the roadmap and backlog;
Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with multiple stakeholders;
Monitor risks, dependencies, and governance related to AI features.
Requirements
Solid experience in Product Management within regulated and high-complexity environments;
Experience managing product in agile environments to structure and prioritize initiatives, guide product evolution and squad execution, ensuring alignment between strategy, technical execution, and stakeholders;
Fluent English for frequent interaction with global teams;
Previous experience with decisioning platforms and operational contexts of day-to-day decision-desk processes;
Proven experience in product discovery, prioritization under ambiguity, and roadmap construction;
Ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements, journeys, hypotheses, and an actionable roadmap;
Experience collaborating closely with Design and Engineering;
