Manage and update the service catalogue for all finance functions
Lead global process standardization, using value stream mapping to identify and address inefficiencies
Champion adoption of best practices and frameworks for consistency and compliance
Ensure Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP) are current and communicated
Oversee the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for robust risk mitigation
Track audit points and Management Action Plans (MAPS), streamlining policies to eliminate inefficiency
Maintain oversight of operations teams’ size and location across all entities
Monitor workforce allocation for optimal talent use
Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture across global teams
Track and manage operational costs, implementing cost control and transparent reporting
Advise senior executives and functional heads on operational optimization
Build strategic partnerships for best practice sharing and innovation
Represent the organization in global forums and industry events

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations, process optimization, or global business service management
Expertise in service catalogue management, process mapping, policy governance, risk management, and technology strategy
Proven leadership of large, cross-functional, multi-geographic teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with digital transformation (RPA, IA, AI/Gen AI, cloud technologies)
Ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation.
