Identify, evaluate, and open new international markets aligned to brand strategy and growth priorities.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for each region, including channel mix, pricing and distribution strategy.
Lead market entry discussions with regional distributors, agents, and franchise partners.
Own regional sales forecasts, budgets, and growth plans.
Partner with supply chain & product team to align: Range depth, Inventory planning, Order lead times, Track performance vs targets and implement corrective actions where required.
