Minimum 10 years in a finance leadership role in a large multinational organization
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Deep understanding of commercial finance within the Latin American market
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Written and oral fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
