About this role

Solve daily support requests for the business including client setup, user maintenance, and data support
Provide rapid response in support of operational teams and troubleshoot towards solutions
Close collaboration within a support team to ensure requirements are completed on time
Maintain and develop client level reporting using crystal report in a rapid development lifecycle
Manage projects and support multiple business teams with varying priorities
Manage components of client onboarding activities including working with large datasets
Effectively use automation and make recommendations for support or processes
Draft and update procedures for offshoring partners

Experience working in or supporting a fund administration & reporting environment
Understanding of Unity (Confluence), crystal reports, and the fund administration environment
Basic knowledge and experience with Visual Basic, SQL, or python preferred
Strong PC skills, specifically Excel (Intermediate)
Graduate degree in Software or related field
10+ years of experience in a Financial Reporting/Fund Administration field preferred
