Role Overview
- Own the P&L process, analyzing variances
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Oversee revenue and margin analysis
- Act as financial advisor to operational teams
- Champion automation and data integrity
Requirements
- Fully or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Experience with NetSuite and Solution 7 is a significant plus
- At least 3 years in a dedicated FP&A role
- A track record of linking operational metrics to financial outcomes
- Familiarity with security threats and data handling procedures
- Knowledge of basic compliance requirements
