Provide oversight to Nalco's service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day basis at our customer facilities
Plan and conduct audits that review operations & maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and contract requirements
Planning and scheduling of work, supervision of technicians, coordinating the purchase of chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, and repairs of equipment, and ensuring that all contract terms & conditions and guarantees are satisfactorily managed
Communicate effectively with Nalco sales team and District Management regarding SOW execution, project support, and service team performance
Assist Nalco sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewals and aide in the business development process in the retention and extension of contracts
Responsible for the development and implementation of a site-specific safety plan
Management of 2-3 direct reports (field service technicians)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Five years of technical operations and water treatment experience
Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role
Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs
Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
