Design and implement a risk-based, layered testing strategy
minimizing risk by coverage through unit, integration and API tests, reserving E2E automation for critical user journeys.
Use AI tooling as a primary driver of quality
agentic test generation, AI-assisted coverage analysis, resilient and maintainable automation.
Shape quality engineering practices across the diagnostic solutions portfolio by defining shared standards, patterns, and tooling that raise the quality bar beyond the immediate product squad.
Define and enforce testing standards, patterns, and best practices, enabling developers to own quality as part of their everyday workflow.
Bootstrap and define Playwright automation patterns and reference implementations that the development teams adopt and extend.
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback on every commit.
Support the team in meeting medical software quality obligations by contributing to traceability, auditability and compliance processes.
Evaluate and selectively adopt AI-driven testing tools applicable to regulated healthcare software.
