Role Overview
- Own execution, roadmap, and product operations at SARAL
- Lead customer interviews, user research, and beta conversations
- Build deep relationships with key customers and analyze churn
- Own product roadmap and prioritization across product lines
- Lead sprint planning and collaborate closely with engineering
- Own PULSE product end-to-end (initial focus)
- Drive specs, design, and engineering execution
- Ensure shipping velocity and product quality
- Build and track product metrics (activation, retention, usage)
- Monitor market trends and competitor landscape
- Maintain high standards across UX, copy, and design
- Manage and develop product and design teams
- Align cross-functionally with engineering leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience
- 0–1 product building experience preferred
- Strong product judgment and execution ability
- High ownership and ability to work under ambiguity
- Customer-first mindset with strong research skills
- Strong design sense and attention to UX quality
- Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs
- Market awareness in DTC, Shopify, or affiliate ecosystems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-hustle environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
