Role Overview
- Developing digital media strategies and translating them into media plans
- Soliciting proposals, evaluating offers and negotiating with media partners
- Presenting developed concepts to clients
- Independently overseeing and coordinating projects
- Contributing to new business pitches
- Interpreting planning results and deriving recommendations
- Coordinating and liaising with colleagues, media, clients and other agencies
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in a media-related field
- At least three years of professional experience in advertising, marketing or communications with a focus on Digital Advertising, Ad Ops or Ad Tech
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Zervice and Reppublika is a plus
- Experience with various Ad Managers (Google, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn)
- Experience with Social Media Management Platforms (Make Me Reach, Sprinklr)
- Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with dashboards
- High degree of ownership and initiative combined with absolute reliability
- Confident demeanor
- Native-level German (written and spoken) and business-fluent English
- Structured, efficient and collaborative working style
- Strong affinity for numbers and analysis
