Role Overview
Deliver an exceptional client experience by responding promptly and accurately to requests
Partner with the CRT and Operations teams to offer expert advice, coordinate complex and effective integrated service solutions
Record and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Conduct regular client service reviews to enhance product utilization and identify new opportunities
Educate clients and promote the adoption of digital solutions
Provide customized product training to clients as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of service queries and complete required reporting
Requirements
3-5 years of related experience with strong working knowledge of treasury and cash management operations and products, with a focus on Commercial Cards solutions in a commercial banking environment
Bilingualism (English and French) required
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Commercial or corporate banking client servicing experience (nice to have)
Certified Treasury Professional, CertICM or other relevant professional designation (nice to have)
