Manage and coordinate social media scheduling, posting, and content calendars across platforms
Write high-quality marketing copy for emails, social media, landing pages, brochures, partner communications, and nurture sequences
Build, launch, and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows
Maintain CRM data integrity, including lead management, segmentation, and campaign tracking
Support website and landing page updates, ensuring content accuracy and consistency
Coordinate marketing assets (design, video, web, and campaign materials) with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and visibility of marketing metrics
Help structure and optimise the marketing funnel to improve consistency and conversion
Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign planning, research, repurposing, reporting, and workflow efficiency
Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, processes, and execution
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing coordination, content marketing, email marketing, and campaign execution
Strong copywriting skills with excellent written English and attention to detail
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and maintaining data accuracy
Experience with email marketing platforms (ideally Mailchimp) and automation workflows
Practical, business-level experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity and output quality
Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working with Australian businesses or within regulated/professional services environments (finance, lending, real estate, or similar) is highly preferred
