Role Overview
- Create meaningful connections with every customer
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
- Participate in community events
- Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers
- Work a schedule based on peak hours to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Willingness to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong drive and passion for helping people
