Monitor and track federal opportunities, including sources sought notices, RFIs, and RFPs
Support opportunity research using procurement platforms and internal tools
Assist with drafting responses to sources sought notices, capability summaries, and other pre-solicitation materials
Help organize and maintain pursuit files, past performance information, staff resumes, project sheets, and content libraries
Support development of compliance matrices, proposal outlines, and submission checklists
Coordinate with internal staff to collect technical content, qualifications, and required forms
Assist with editing, formatting, proofreading, and assembling proposal documents
Track deadlines, amendments, and submission requirements for active pursuits
Participate in capture and proposal planning meetings and help document action items
Support continuous improvement of internal capture and proposal processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, Public Policy, Political Science, Government, Journalism, Engineering Management, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong research and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in federal contracting, public sector work, capture, and proposal development
