Role Overview
Assist with tracking federal opportunities, including sources sought notices, RFIs, and RFPs
Support research on agencies, contract vehicles, and procurement trends
Help draft and edit capability summaries, sources sought inputs, and other pursuit materials
Organize proposal files, resumes, project sheets, and past performance information
Support development of compliance checklists, outlines, and submission trackers
Assist with proofreading, formatting, and assembling proposal documents
Attend capture and proposal meetings and document action items
Help maintain internal content libraries and templates
Perform other related business development and proposal support tasks as assigned
Requirements
Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate, in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, Political Science, Public Policy, Journalism, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Interest in federal contracting, public sector work, business development, or proposal management
