Lead end-to-end project management for broadband infrastructure initiatives, including:
Network buildouts and installations
Ring collapses
Network enhancements and upgrades
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including:
Inside Plant (ISP)
Implementation teams
Field Operations
Optical Network teams
Represent the Enterprise Engineering team, ensuring alignment on project goals and execution steps
Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, and executive updates
Track and report on project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones
Develop and maintain project documentation, including presentations and status decks
Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
Quickly adapt to and adopt new tools and processes as client systems evolve
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or similar
Minimum of 5 years experience in project/program management in the broadband/telecom industry in enterprise environments
Experience managing broadband or telecom infrastructure projects in the industry
Strong understanding of:
Network infrastructure build processes
Field operations and implementation workflows
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate discussions across technical and business stakeholders
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools such as:
MS Project
Smartsheet
Jira (or similar)
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting optical or broadband network engineering teams
Strong communicator who can “speak PM” and translate across technical and non-technical teams
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
Collaborative and confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership
