Associate Director, Community Standards

Role Overview

• Reports directly to the Director of the Office of Community Standards.
• Plays a central role in the administration of the student conduct process.
• Supervises two assistant directors, case creation and assignment.
• Serves as a university hearing officer, reviewing, investigating, adjudicating, and managing conduct cases.

Requirements

• Earned master’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution in Student Affairs, Higher Education, Social Work, Law, or related field.
• 3 years professional experience in Student Conduct or related field post completion of master’s degree.
• 1
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
