About this role
Role Overview
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective advertisers
Focus on outbound prospecting, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads
Measure success by activity volume, qualified opportunities created, and contribution to pipeline growth
Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and other outbound outreach to prospective advertisers
Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and fit
Consistently create qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team
Accurately log outreach, activities, and lead status in CRM
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects across multiple touchpoints
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
Ability to manage high activity levels and stay organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
