Lead client design workshops and guide discussions toward scalable, best-practice solutions
Translate business and/or technical requirements into well-architected solutions
Own solution design, configuration approach, and overall delivery quality
Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders (business and/or IT)
Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of complex issues
Configure, prototype, and validate solutions aligned to client needs
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices
Mentor and coach junior consultants through project work and day-to-day guidance
Contribute to strong project financial and delivery outcomes

5–8+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, consulting, or retail software delivery
Experience implementing or supporting solutions such as RELEX, Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of retail processes (e.g., planning, allocation, forecasting, replenishment)
Proven ability to lead client discussions and influence decision-making
Experience owning or significantly contributing to end-to-end solution delivery
Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
