Provide care and therapeutic consultation to cardiology specialists in hospitals and outpatient practices at a scientifically rigorous level.
Analyze and evaluate available market data, e.g., through market and potential analyses, to identify opportunities and market developments.
Implement the company strategy consistently through tailored measures such as continuing education and training concepts—always aligned with the needs of the respective target groups and customers.
Develop robust account plans using the budget optimally, in close coordination with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Therapy Area Specialists in other regions.
Execute account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all internal and external policies and applicable industry codes.
Work closely with First Line Sales Managers, Medical Science Liaison Managers, and Marketing to gather relevant stakeholder insights and optimize cross-functional activities.
Design and implement innovative training formats that specifically address current customer needs.
Actively participate in congresses, sponsorships, and events—for customer retention as well as for your own professional development.
Requirements
A completed degree in business administration or a natural science field—or alternatively qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative or equivalent.
Experience supporting medical specialists in hospitals and practices as a field representative, and solid knowledge in specialized therapy areas such as cardiology.
In-depth knowledge of products, markets, and customers.
Experience in account management and strategic customer development.
Strong team orientation, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
High flexibility and willingness to travel.
Very good MS Office skills as well as fluent German and good English language skills.
