Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue through distribution partners within the assigned territory.
Manage relationships with distribution partners, including regular communication, training and support to ensure their success in promoting and selling our products.
Identify and recruit new distributors and partners to increase sales in the market.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges, and develop solutions to stimulate sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and finance, to ensure effective product distribution to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and optimize distribution efforts.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends and key distribution sales metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and customer retention.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in distribution product sales.
Strong experience in distribution product sales.
Recognized management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through distribution networks.
Good interpersonal relationship management skills.
Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with distribution partners and end customers.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop relationships with distribution partners.
Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends and customer feedback to develop strategies and sales plans.
Strong synthesizing skills.
Excellent ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a constantly changing environment and handle priorities.
Ability to work in remote teams to foster collaboration and mutual support, with experience sharing.
Knowledge of the Construction sector and/or Machine Control would be a real advantage.
Candidate must be fluent in French.
Knowledge of English would be a real advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
