About this role
Role Overview
Audit and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
Identify and remove duplicates or inconsistent records
Standardize fields, naming conventions, and pipeline structure
Support post-merger CRM consolidation and cleanup
Create and configure Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows
Help define and implement Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segmentation
Support pipeline hygiene and reporting frameworks for sales leadership
Assist the GTM Ops lead with operational plans
Support revenue planning, reporting, and forecasting workflows
Prepare and maintain dashboards and operational reports
Improve CRM processes for accurate revenue data
Document CRM processes and SOPs
Enforce consistent usage standards across sales teams
Support ad-hoc RevOps and sales operations initiatives
Requirements
Strong Salesforce fundamentals (reporting, objects, data hygiene)
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows
Experience in RevOps or GTM operations (preferred)
Experience supporting sales teams in high-growth startups (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM migrations or post-merger integrations (preferred)
Basic automation or workflow experience (Zapier, Clay, or similar) (preferred)
