Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
15+ years in the CPG industry; 10 years of headquarter selling experience within the Grocery channel – East Coast retailers specifically; direct team reporting experience.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage and influence business outcomes
Results-driven with a consistent focus on delivering measurable growth
Expertise in Category Management and retail analytics
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
